Anniversary meeting 2025

We are pleased to invite you to the club’s 45th anniversary, which will be held during the Whitsun weekend 2025 in and around Sønderborg. We have booked 55 rooms at Hotel Sønderborg Strand which will be our base for the weekend 6-8 June 2025.
The detailed program for the weekend is being prepared, but so far it looks as described below. Included in the price is hotel, food and drinks with the food.
- Friday: Arrival, fun and dinner together
- Saturday: Breakfast, drive with sandwich lunch in Southern Jutland and the day ends with a gala dinner at the hotel
- Sunday: Breakfast, drive to Aabenraa where we finish with a prize ceremony and lunch.
It is possible to book an extra night before and/or after the meeting, i.e. arrival on Thursday and departure on Monday. The extra nights only include breakfast at the hotel, all other meals are your own responsibility. We have booked 55 rooms and this is the limit of the meeting. When we reach 55 participating cars, the registration closes.
he meeting is reserved for Karmann Ghia’s and our expectation is that you plan to arrive in one of these models. Of course, you can have mechanical problems that make the Ghia unable to drive and you therefore have to arrive in another vehicle. In this situation, we recommend that you park separately and accept that the car may not be included in the joint photo. You can read the full terms and conditions for registration here
