Betingelser for tilmelding, deltagelse samt evt afbestilling til vores træf:

• Afbud indtil 1. april 2025 er muligt men klubben tilbageholder kr. 200,- til dækning af vores administrationsomkostninger.
• Ved afbud fra 1. April 2025: Afhængig af tidspunktet for afbestilling kan vi ikke garantere at din indbetaling kan refunderes.
  • Såfremt vi kan finde en anden deltager som vil overtage din plads refunderes din indbetaling fratrukket kr. 200,- i administrationsomkostninger.
  • Er dette ikke muligt vil vi efter endelig afregning af træffet med hotellet refundere de af dine udgifter klubben har kunnet få refunderet, fratrukket kr. 200 i administrationsomkostninger.
• Programmet for træffet er vejledende og kan ændres uden varsel.
• Force majeure – I tilfælde af udefrakommende omstændigheder uden for klubbens kontrol som gør at arrangementet helt eller delvist må aflyses vil vi så vidt muligt refundere alle indbetalinger fratrukket eventuelle udgifter som dette måtte påføre klubben.
• Træffet er forbeholdt Karmann Ghia’er og vi forventer at man som udgangspunkt planlægger at ankomme i en af disse modeller.
• Under køreturene er det kørerens ansvar at overholde de almindelige regler i færdselsloven. Klubben har ikke tilladelse til f.eks. kortegekørsel

Terms for registration, participation and potential cancellation for our meeting:

• Cancellations until April 1, 2025 are possible, but the club withholds DKK 200 to cover our administration costs.
• In case of cancellation from 1. April 2025: Depending on the time of cancellation, we cannot guarantee that your deposit can be refunded.
  • If we can find another participant who will take over your place, your deposit will be refunded minus DKK 200 in administration costs.
  • If this is not possible, we will after final settlement of the meeting with the hotel, refund the expenses the club has been able to get refunded, minus DKK 200 in administration costs.
• The program for the meeting is indicative and is subject to change without notice.
• Force majeure – In the event of external circumstances beyond the club’s control, which means that the event must be cancelled in whole or in part, we will, as far as possible, refund all payments minus any expenses that this may cause the club.
• The meeting is reserved for Karmann Ghia’s and we expect that you will plan to arrive in one of these models.
• During the drives, it is the driver’s responsibility to comply with the general rules of the Road Traffic Act. The club does not have permission for e.g. motorcade driving.
